13th March – the first day
The day started slowly at 6:15. Waking was hard, after that it felt like every day – normal.
6:45 – Breakfast: a small bowl of oats with added white cheese and ground seeds (flax, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin).
11:00 – Second meal: 400 grams of yoghurt
15:30 – Lunch: 170 grams salad (white cabbage and carrots), 3 potato mash balls, 1 small banana
18:30 – Mid-meal: 1 small banana
19:30 – Dinner: 400 grams of yoghurt, 2 carrots, 1 big apple
23:30 – Mid-night meal: a very small piece of tofu, some baked pumpkin seeds, a small vanilla pudding. I will consider this a cheat meal. Got home from late shift and somehow I ended trying the things, mentioned. Will demand more from myself tomorrow. And I’ll have to start over with gym on Saturday (haven’t been working out in exactly 2 weeks today – bad flu).
