17th march – no workout, routine and diet change
Just a perfect day… as the song says.
Woke up at about 6 AM with sore muscles (calves) from my Saturday training – I guess they deserve it. Will check if I can import another workout for them during the week.
Training: Had no workout today. I met with a friend of mine who’s in city for two days and substituted workout with an advice meeting (he’s been in bodybuilding for more than 10 years now). I’ll probably be changing my gym routine and diet, but I’ll post this in the appropriate sections.
07:00 – Breakfast: oats with milk, raisins and added ground seeds (flax, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame).
10:20 – Snack: 1 small banana.
12:30 – Lunch: about 350 grams of baked rice with mushrooms, 100 grams of milk salad (yoghurt and cucumbers with green spices), 200 grams cabbage salad (with some carrots added).
15:30 – Snack: 400 grams of yoghurt, 50 grams roasted peanuts
19:15 – Dinner: about 250 grams baked beans, 100 grams of white cheese.
