I’ll take it short today – yesterday’s headache is not here, but the carbs level was a little bit more than yesterday… Had major carvings for them… I didn’t know if it’s correct to raise their level, or to keep up like that. But if I eat enough everything will be OK. Hope it’s not going to take long.

Workout was not good – warm up was OK, cardio part at the end was OK, but the leg muscles exercises I couldn’t do. My feet were too sore to “listen” to me. All I was able to do were 2 short series of hack squats. Hope monday will be a lot better.

Waking up – alarm clock rang at 5:30, but it was snoozed till about 6:30.

07:00 – Breakfast: oats with milk and raisins + added ground seeds (pumpkin, sesame, flax, sunflower).

10:00 – Snack: small apple, 20 grams of walnuts.

12:30 – Lunch: 125 grams of milk curds, 3 boiled eggs, 1 small tomato, 1 piece cucumber

13:30 – Snack: 20 grams sesame bar (110 calories, 6 grams fat,  9.5 grams carbs, 2.4 grams protein)

15:30 – Yoghurt: 400 grams yoghurt

18:20 – Post-workout: 1 protein bar (28% protein, 294 cal)

19:20 – Dinner: 150 grams of spinach, 100 grams white cheese, 2 eggs – all of this cooked in one pan.

All of this is an average of 2100 calories: 36% protein, 36% carbs, 28 % fat…. definitely not undereating today.
