Some hope for this year’s Big Plans
I certainly have more hope for this year’s Elbrus after the last 40 days. I stopped drinking (only on rare occasions), no sweets, no soft drinks, no white flour and such things. Things are improving little by little – so far 6-7-8 kilograms down (not sure how much exactly). Although during New Year’s parties I think I had 4 more, so this is actually 3-4 down from before New Year. Still – something to start from. We’ll see where it ends
